New Jersey Physician Profiles

• Recent New Jersey legislation required that profile information about New Jersey physicians and podiatrists be developed and maintained and that certain information be made available to the public electronically and by other means. 

          By logging onto New Jersey Physician Profiles, consumers can find out:

• How long a physician or podiatrist has been practicing

• Where he or she went to medical school

• Whether the physician or podiatrist has ever been the subject of disciplinary action

• Whether he or she has made payments from a medical malpractice case
